Key Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the end-to-end observability strategy across internal systems and customer-facing products.
- Architect and evolve a unified observability platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and capacity planning frameworks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
- Deep expertise in observability domains including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse, or OpenTelemetry.
