About the Role:
- You will set and lead the technical direction for Security Product Engineering at DoorDash globally.
- You will be responsible for building proactive security controls and managing the Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management programs.
- You will partner with Product Engineering, Legal, and Data teams to enable secure by design practices.
What You'll Do:
- Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering Pods.
- Coach and mentor highly skilled engineers as a player-coach to build the right proactive controls.
- Build and maintain high Operational Excellence security services to ensure minimal downtime.
Who You Are:
- You have 12+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer with 3+ years leading teams at global scale.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- You possess exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
