Research Associate 2

Responsibilities:

• Function as an integral member of the Operations & Trialing team, executing field trials from planning to harvest.
• Evaluate and secure quality yield trial land, and supervise third-party labor for planting and data collection.
• Communicate regularly with the Trialing Manager and provide guidance to other team members.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in agriculture or relevant experience, with knowledge of corn and soybean trialing.
• Experience with precision agriculture equipment and software systems, and ability to operate tractors and combines.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and able to acquire a DOT medical card.

Additional Information:

• This is a 9-month position from March 1 to November 30, with salary prorated accordingly.
