About the Role:
- Improve mobile and online experience for customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Champion TELUS Agriculture within customer organizations while advocating internally.
- Provide first-line support for Agrian and other online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service via phone, email, and chat, tracking all interactions in CRM.
- Conduct webinars, track attendance, and update customers on new features.
- Assist with data migration, account setup, and collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Agricultural Business, Plant Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years account management experience in agriculture with web-based or mobile platform.
- Knowledge of farming practices, precision ag, and GIS/GPS technologies.
