Business Acceptance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, and outside counsel guidelines.
• Manage a high volume of communications related to conflicts and new client engagements.
• Assist in training other firm members in drafting engagement letters and conflicts waivers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of legal experience, preferably in new business intake.
• Knowledge of legal processes, business entities, and transactional concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
