Product Manager

Product Management:

• Responsible for components of Natera’s Laboratory Management Software product strategy and development.
• Lead software development in LabVantage LIMS and be responsible for the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence.
• Create a strategic product roadmap, evaluation and prioritization of new features and programs, creation of product requirements.

Lab Operations:

• Play a key role in building a high throughput lab with automation to reduce COGS and increase turnaround time.
• Partner with Lab Operations leaders and contribute to the strategy of running a high throughput highly efficient lab.
• Ensure a seamless user experience for the lab operators.

Collaboration and Analysis:

• Collaborate with other software products that are part of the software suite that drives testing from sample to report.
• Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities and analyze relevant data.
• Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and build rapport with key stakeholders.
