Finance Business Partner - IDC Ops

The Finance Business Partner role supports the IDC Ops organization by providing financial insights and recommendations for decision-making. This position provides financial analysis on monthly and quarterly financial performance across all areas within the IDC ops organization. The role requires developing accurate forecasts and budgets, providing global business leads with detailed financial reporting and spend tracking detail. Partnering across functions to drive standardized reporting and data consistency across the board is required as well. The partner will collaborate across teams to incorporate growth projections and expense considerations. Identify top line and expense opportunities and risks. Provide financial guidance for transformation activities and strategic initiatives across the IDC ops organization. Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the health of the business. Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
