As Teamleiter:in for our Account Executive Team, you will take full responsibility for our new business – with a focus on >€5 million ARR. You will lead a growing team, develop scalable go-to-market strategies for various target customer segments (SME & Enterprise) and ensure structured, data-driven sales processes that have a real impact.
You will work in a very autonomous role with a high level of entrepreneurial responsibility. We are looking for someone who does not wait to be led – but creates clarity, builds roadmaps and makes courageous decisions. You have the skills to develop individual performers who together form a strong, high-performing team.
Your responsibilities include managing a team of Account Executives, developing and scaling go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring reliable forecasts. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, SDRs, Marketing, and the VP Revenue, while maintaining ownership and independence.
