Trading Partner Relationship Manager

The Trading Partner Relationship Manager within Experian Health will oversee daily operations for a portfolio of significant strategic partnerships, cultivating a thorough expertise in each relationship. Reporting to the Manager, Trading Partner Relationship Management, the manager will formulate strategic plans to foster the development of these important relationships, ensure partner compliance, and monitor their performance. The Trading Partner Manager will collaborate with sales, product, finance, and leadership teams to provide an exceptional partner experience. This role also involves facilitating contracting with payers and third parties in collaboration with the Experian Health legal team, serving as an external liaison with Payer connectivity/EDI business leaders, and facilitating efficient resolution of connectivity issues.
