Role Overview:
- Embedded in implementation pods to turn client and internal needs into product requirements.
- Bridge product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout.
- Define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations.
- Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
- Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly.
