Accounting Manager

The impact you will have:

• Lead Owner's ERP migration off QuickBooks Online to an AI-first platform:
• Own selection, implementation, data migration, and stabilization.
• Include end-to-end design of Stripe Connect, Bill.com, Ramp, payroll, and Salesforce integrations.
• Stand up inventory and COGS accounting inside the ERP:
• Define FIFO vs. weighted-average policy, capitalization thresholds, and SKU structure.
• Build an inventory subledger with automated tie-outs to warehouse movements.
• Deliver COGS reporting by product and channel.
• Build the international accounting foundation:
• Define entity setup requirements (multi-currency, intercompany, COA approach).
• Ensure the ERP supports multi-entity reporting, consolidation, and eliminations.
• Coordinate with tax, payroll, and compliance providers for Canada launch and beyond.
