Strategic Implementation Manager

Lead the technical aspects of the DailyPay integration for Strategic customers. Perform comprehensive discovery and build robust documentation of the implementation requirements while performing technical research to provide unique solutions for complex customer integrations. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from DailyPay customers. Work closely with the operations and support teams to discuss implementation details during post launch handoff.
