The Marketing & Fundraising Specialist will provide support to key executives on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. Duties include meeting planning and coordination, committee and task force support, project tracking and deadline management, conducting research and drafting reports, travel coordination and general communications with internal and external constituents.
The specialist acts as primary administrative support for the Brand & Marketing, Integrated Fundraising, and Revenue Partnerships & Services teams. They will also provide administrative support for assigned committees and task forces, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas and support materials, and preparing notes.
Other responsibilities include conducting research, preparing various reports including pulling data, supporting special projects as needed, and managing special projects such as e-mail inbox management for fundraising inquiries, stewardship support, and brand content organization.
