Job Description
The Supervisor β Arbitration provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to the department. This role assists the manager with daily operations and acts as the primary contact in their absence, addressing questions and issues. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring the team, delegating tasks, approving Level 1 briefs, monitoring deadlines, managing arbitration emails, processing arbitrator invoices, and initiating cases.
This person also helps in monitoring arbitration deadlines, ensuring compliance, reviews the quality and production of team members, provides research to answer questions of team members, facilitate training and access of new employees, accountable for timely completion of exception/error reports, resolves escalations and concerns from leaders, arbitrators, payors, and team members.
