Job Description
Be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying services on behalf of our customers to AWS in a way that allows these services to automatically heal themselves if things go south. Every week is different and the problems you will be challenged to solve are constantly evolving. We build solutions using infrastructure-as-code so our customers can refine and reuse these processes again and again - all without having to come back to us for additional deployments.
Work as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams. Lead technical and design discussions with IT executives to help enterprises speed their adoption of new technologies and practices. Architect and build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the AWS platform using core developer services such as: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB and ECS. Leverage new technology paradigms (e.g., serverless, containers, microservices). Migrate monolithic applications to microservices architectures. Advise on implementing AWS best practices. Influence infrastructure architecture by sharing your application development expertise.
