Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive SRE efforts to provide a highly reliable and performant service to our customers
- Partner with engineering managers to address any performance issues or bottlenecks
- Continuously plan, optimize, and scale our infrastructure to support the growth of our platform
Impact:
- Maintain an excellent developer experience for our engineers that aids in improving developer productivity and happiness
- Advance, scale, and support our API to help meet the needs of external users/developers
- Drive mobile platform engineering work by partnering with the mobile team
Mentorship:
- Holistically mentor and guide direct reports in professional development and career growth
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that boosts the morale of your team
- Review your team's code as necessary to ensure quality, maintain consistency, and share knowledge
