Staff Product Designer, Client Experience Operations

Shape how teams and clients interact through intuitive, AI-powered tools. You will own and lead CXO design, contributing to conversations and direction of the product roadmap and strategy. Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product management to find refined but practical solutions to design challenges. Lead design for internal and client-facing AI-powered tools that empower our customer experience agents and improve client interactions. Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas. Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and find solutions that delight our customers. Leverage data to inform design solutions. Understand the strategic direction and vision for working areas and ensure all UX efforts are aligned with that direction. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in customer experience tooling and AI-powered solutions. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into product design.
