What You Will Do:
- Create and deliver driver training programs aligned with DOT and EPA requirements
- Manage all initial and recurrent training schedules
- Conduct field evaluations, ride‑alongs, and driver skills assessments
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Safety, Transportation, Training, or similar field
- 4+ years in hazardous waste management, transportation, or DOT/RCRA compliance
- Proven ability to evaluate performance and deliver hands‑on, skills‑based training
