Sr. System Administrator

The Senior System Administrator will manage and maintain our core systems as part of the Information Technology team which supports Resilience’s technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and device management, with a focus on automation, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include managing and administering Resilience's Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, Zendesk, Okta, and JAMF environments. Also, assisting with the administration of Google Workspace, focusing on user lifecycle management, security policy enforcement, and troubleshooting complex issues. Will also troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues and create documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
