Export Control Analyst, Grants and Contracts

Reporting to the Manager, Contracts OPRA in the Grants and Contracts (G&C) unit of the Office of Research and Project Administration (ORPA), the Export Control Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MSK’s Export Control Compliance Program (ECP). This position ensures institutional compliance with U.S. export control regulations and manages collaborative research agreements linked to sponsored research funding. The analyst will conduct export control reviews, lead export license applications, develop and maintain Technology Control Plans (TCPs) and compliance documentation. The position will also draft, negotiate, and execute collaborative research agreements (funded and non-funded), interpret and apply federal and sponsor-specific contract terms and regulations. Furthermore, the analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide training and outreach on export control and contract compliance.
