Staff Accountant II

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Intermediate MS Office, Outlook and Excel knowledge.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Communicates effectively in written and verbal situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Performs general ledger account reconciliations.
• Maintains accounting software knowledge and application.

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field and/or 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Intermediate skills and understanding of balance sheet and statement of operations including GAAP reporting rules.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations that apply to accounting functions.
