Academic & Training Programs:
- Collaborates with the Director to support physician engagement initiatives.
- Supports educational grant initiatives, including preparing applications and tracking status.
- Develops and maintains academic program profiles, including faculty details and engagement history.
Physician Engagement and Faculty Support:
- Assists with management of speaker logistics and agreements.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate physician preparation for presentations.
- Monitors agendas and discussion topics for meetings to ensure speakers are prepared.
Program and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Works closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Clinical/Medical Affairs.
- Participates in society meetings and scientific program planning meetings.
- Assists in collecting program feedback and performance insights.
