Job Description
As the Product Manager for Data, Log, and Code Protection , you will define and execute the roadmap for data integrity, log observability, and code security capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. Build and evolve products that enable secure logging, automated data monitoring, and AI-assisted anomaly detection. You will partner with engineering, data science, and security architecture teams to deliver scalable, intelligent protection solutions.
You will also develop tools that use AI to identify unusual data behaviors, code vulnerabilities, or inconsistencies across logs and repositories. Enable customers to visualize data lineage, audit access, and track data/code flow securely within the platform. Using AI and ML models to generate insights from log data — improving visibility, integrity, and operational efficiency. Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
