Responsibilities:

  • Work with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and train end-users on AI agent functionality.
  • Design, configure, and roll out AI agents using BotDojo, implementing workflows and conversation flows.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, maintain documentation, and stay current with platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Prompt engineering experience for defining and debugging complex agent prompts.
  • Intermediate scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar for automation and system integrations.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, and REST APIs.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly communicate via telephone, video call, and email.
  • Frequently remain stationary and constantly use computer and office equipment.
