What You'll Do:
- Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and contractual terms.
- Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals, and negotiate agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's with 3+.
- Experience with SAP and knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
