Job Description
Assist the ERM team by executing and advancing its capability. Focus on coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments. Manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Maintain the risk register and deliver clear, actionable reporting. Assist in developing and embedding the ERM Framework. Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments across financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational domains.
Support the creation and updating of risk dashboards. Maintain and update the enterprise risk register and control library. Develop or refine risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Coordinate follow-up actions for risk assessments and track remediation plans. Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks. Prepare materials for governance forums, including Risk Committees and Executive leadership.
