About The Role:

  • Build and defend quarterly sourced pipeline plans tied to sales quotas and conversion targets.
  • Run integrated marketing channels like paid search, social, events, and ABM without siloed tactics.
  • Stand up an ABM program targeting major US property management firms to secure key logos.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner weekly with sales on ICP, personas, pipeline health, and lead qualification SLAs.
  • Own the marketing tech stack including Hubspot and Salesforce integration for attribution and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation with 3+ years of team leadership and pipeline ownership.
  • Proven ABM, multi-channel, and technical expertise with tools like Salesforce and SQL.
  • Experience in multifamily, PropTech, or complex B2B committee selling environments.
