Prepare and provide financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other accounting reports.
Review budgets, revenue, expenses, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Complete month-end close processes within established timelines.

Additional Skills & Competencies:

Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance (GAAP) best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills are required.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, multifamily, or commercial property accounting.
Full knowledge of GAAP.
Experience with property management/accounting systems; Entrata is preferred.
