About The Role:
- Join the growing Operations team as a Non-QM Underwriter.
- Deepen Non-QM expertise in a supportive environment.
- Deliver thoughtful underwriting decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Underwrite residential mortgage loan applications.
- Analyze borrower credit, assets, and income.
- Partner with Loan Officers and Account Managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of mortgage underwriting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex borrower profiles.
- A coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
