Job Description
The Executive Virtual Assistant will support the CEO of a precision medicine startup by managing daily administrative and communication tasks. This role will begin part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time as responsibilities increase. The assistant will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s inbox (triage, prioritization, drafting replies where appropriate).
Handle the customer support inbox and ensure timely, professional responses.
Support with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Provide occasional support with social media (posting, template usage, scheduling).
Proactively identify ways to make the CEO’s workflow more efficient and organized.
