The Fraud Analyst is responsible for identifying and preventing fraud within the Digital Banking department by using various systems and models. The Analyst reviews new customer accounts, transactions, and other data for compliance with banking regulations and bank policy and to identify issues and trends that require action.
The Analyst will review and decision new account applications and transactions for accuracy and potential fraud, create and escalate cases for BSA/AML or management review, investigate incidents, conduct in depth analysis, document findings, and prepare detailed reports. This role also includes reviewing and clearing alerts/rules for transaction monitoring, as well as identifying and communicating fraud trends with stakeholders. The hours for this role are 12pm - 8:30pm EST.
