Design engaging, valuable, and intuitive experiences for Smartsheet's website, championing human-centered methodologies.
Contribute to the web design system, raising craft and system maturity.

What You'll Do:

Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes; prepare specs and redlines for async engineering teams.
Track design tickets in Jira, review staging builds, and collaborate with engineers, web authors, TPMs, and strategists.
Conduct user research and use AI-assisted tools to speed up handoff.

What You Have:

5+ years of web or product design experience, ideally in CMS-driven, component-based environments.
Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills with Figma; basic HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and experience leveraging AI tools in daily design workflows.
