- Partner with internal teams and payers to intake, investigate, and resolve data issues.
- Communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Program Management:
- Maintain SOPs for data issue triage and clinical ingestion troubleshooting.
- Enhance data reliability by addressing root causes and advocating for higher-quality payer feeds.
