Staff Product Designer

What this role is about:

• Design technology that helps people in their most critical moments
• Build and scale life-saving technology across the entire RapidSOS platform and brand
• Establish design standards, patterns, and practices that elevate the team and sustain quality over time

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design leadership to influence roadmaps, prioritization, and investment decisions through systems thinking and user-centered insight
• Lead end-to-end design for complex data- and map-based experiences from early discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring geospatial, real-time, and AI-driven information is clear, trustworthy, and actionable under pressure
• Conduct and leverage user research, product analytics, and customer feedback to guide data-driven design decisions

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of product design experience working on complex products, platforms, or systems, ideally within the enterprise B2B space
