Staff, Technical Program Manager

This position is needed to support the InfoSec organization at Twilio in delivering value through strategic projects and programs. In this role, the Staff, Technical Program Manager will manage projects and coach agile teams in delivering value through their programs. This role will be a part of the InfoSec Project Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for creating and maintaining operational and process rigor via a scalable and well-structured project management approach. As Staff, Technical Program Manager, you’ll project manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives while working alongside members of the InfoSec team and other Twilio teams from project inception to completion. You will also support functional teams as a team coach to enable delivery of value across the InfoSec organization by enabling teams to work in a more mature, consistent manner. You will leverage the Project Management (including SAFe and Agile mindset) principles throughout the project lifecycle to drive the team towards best practices and value driven project delivery.
