Role Overview:
- This is a 3-month contractor role with potential for renewal or conversion to full-time.
- You will operate as an embedded partner during rapid growth, not in a transactional capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand team needs.
- Drive hiring across go-to-market, marketing, growth, and corporate functions.
- Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making with an operator mindset.
Requirements and Details:
- Need 5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in New York, Massachusetts, or California.
- The role is remote-friendly with optional access to offices in Cambridge, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
