What You Will Be Doing:
- Own Operations data model and build trustworthy data products.
- Partner with Operations stakeholders and enable self-service reporting.
- Spot process inefficiencies and propose tooling improvements.
Your First Six Months:
- Ship a quick data fix, then own a sub-domain's metrics end to end.
- Become the primary data partner for Operations.
- Drive real ownership of data and workflows.
Who You Are:
- Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling on Databricks/Spark/dbt.
- Skilled at gathering requirements and reconciling metric definitions.
- Highly autonomous and process-driven.
