About This Role:

Responsible for executing Intersect's AI roadmap, driving efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
Serve as the central point of contact for AI initiatives, partnering across the business to embed emerging technologies.
Translate the potential of AI into measurable business outcomes.

Team Overview:

Report to the Head of Corporate Technology and serve as the primary advisor for AI-related initiatives.
Requires close collaboration with leaders across all departments.
Partner with the IT and Data Product teams within Corporate Technology.

What You’ll Bring:

5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the modern AI and data landscape, including familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, and software development lifecycle concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
