Staff Product Designer - ShareGate

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll be a strategic leader and exemplar of craft excellence and cross-functional collaboration. You'll drive our highest-impact initiatives and set standards for ShareGate. You'll influence our long-term product vision, mentor designers, and align design initiatives closely with strategic business goals. Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership across multiple product areas; Customer Obsession, embedding customer-centric practices into scalable design systems; Experimentation & Innovation, rapidly validating disruptive ideas through prototypes and experiments; Mentorship & Influence, establishing processes that improve quality, collaboration, and delivery speed; Craft Excellence, setting design standards by balancing innovation, clarity, and scalability; System Thinking, evolving design systems and patterns to support rapid iteration; and Cross-Functional Collaboration, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to balance user needs with business priorities.
