Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's strategic partner, focusing on financial oversight and operational excellence. They'll be a hands-on, proactive force, diving into all areas to drive alignment, clarity, and optimal performance.
You'll manage and oversee financial aspects, including bookkeeping and robust financial reporting, and also streamline integrations between our HubSpot CRM and customer operations. You'll proactively identify and implement opportunities to boost operational efficiency. You'll track progress on key performance indicators, ensure accountability, and manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments to maximize their effectiveness.
