Instructional Systems Designer

Role Overview:

-Shape high-impact cybersecurity learning programs for a federal environment.

-Act as a subject matter expert and instructional designer.

-Create engaging training experiences across synchronous and asynchronous formats.

Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain cybersecurity training programs.

-Create learning experiences, from short seminars to multi-day courses.

-Develop synchronous and asynchronous course materials.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

-5 years of experience in instructional design, cybersecurity training, or a related field.

-Strong familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design process.
