Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Workday deployments across HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other modules, and will serve as a strategic partner between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program management for Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and define scope. Oversee project timelines, resource planning, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and change management best practices. Provide post-implementation support and lead optimization initiatives.
