Job Description
Act as a trusted partner to franchise clients, building long-term relationships. Lead strategic account management, including planning, upselling, and renewals. Partner with the Client Success Team to conduct regular business reviews. Maintain a deep understanding of PAR’s product suite and industry trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on customer needs and business goals. Monitor account health and proactively address challenges and opportunities. Provide product feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery. Drive revenue growth and reduce churn in assigned accounts.
