Key Responsibilities:
- Own payroll platform modernization and sequence migrations so no payday is at risk.
- Own the payroll data-model redesign and validate it against canonical models.
- Own access, audit, compliance, and retention for payroll systems.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of product management, with HCM/payroll platform experience preferred.
- Technical fluency in database schemas, APIs, and migration mechanics.
- Rollout discipline: parallel runs, instant rollback, UAT, release trains.
