Senior Software Engineer, Growth

Fleetio is looking for a self-driven and product-minded Senior Software Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team. The ideal candidate has a passion for and experience collaborating with others, writing clean code, and shipping experiments that drive adoption and engagement. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, the Data Ops team, and other engineers to research, plan, design, and build features that drive user adoption of Fleetio’s product. You will quickly create user experiences throughout the app and experiment to increase engagement from trial users. The Growth engineering team is in its early stages, and you will have a strong voice in setting direction for both the team and the product experience.
