Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute programs that deepen customer engagement and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This role will turn existing customers into long-term, expanding relationships. You’ll partner cross functionally to build targeted, integrated campaigns and communications that highlight the value of our solutions, encourage adoption, and surface new opportunities for customers to expand their partnership with Definitive Healthcare. Partner with sales and customer success to develop campaigns that introduce customers to new products, modules, or data solutions. You will own post-onboarding communications like newsletters, spotlights, and education programs that keep customers active and informed. Define and prioritize key audiences by role, company, engagement, and solution needs to maximize campaign relevance and impact. Activate engaged customers as references, reviewers, and case study participants. Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and expansion revenue influence and use insights to refine and scale programs.
