Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own ambiguous problem spaces and identify opportunities to improve patient engagement.
• Frame complex problems by synthesizing input from clinical teams and leadership.
• Translate open-ended challenges into clear product opportunities.

Drive product discovery and execution:

• Lead the full product lifecycle using a build–measure–learn approach.
• Conduct discovery to understand user needs and operational constraints.
• Define product strategy and deliver iterative improvements.

Deliver meaningful outcomes:

• Launch products that improve care access and quality of care.
• Define success metrics and evaluate impact on patient outcomes.
• Develop domain expertise in pediatric virtual and in-home care delivery.
