Job Overview:
- Seeking a Senior Distribution & Logistics Manager to lead all logistics operations across 3PL network.
- This role manages inbound and outbound shipping, warehouse performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound shipping to customers.
- Oversee 3PL relationships including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management.
- Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and QBRs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience with 3-5 years of leadership.
- Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships.
- Proficiency in NetSuite highly desired.
