Senior Manager / Director of Carrier Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Own carrier performance monitoring: Build and run daily/weekly shipping health metrics including margin, on-time delivery, and label generation.
• Own carrier pricing: Size price changes, coordinate customer communications, and hold carriers accountable.
• Lead disruption response: Manage API changes, tariffs, and weather events with cross-functional teams.

Team and Strategy:

• Manage and develop a team of carrier operations analysts and associates.
• Set 12-18 month strategy for the carrier function as volume grows.
• Own claims at scale: recovery of loss/damage claims, unused label refunds, and overcharge credits.

Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years in parcel/carrier operations, logistics, or transportation procurement.
• Deep fluency in parcel economics and cost integrity.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and experience managing a team.
