Lead strategic projects and develop an exciting new area of the product, building product experiences that people love and are passionate about improving healthcare. Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for both existing and yet-to-be-developed products and features. Work with design, engineering, data science, client success, general management, sales, and other partners to prioritize features and ship products across the full product lifecycle from idea, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch and beyond. Understand user/client needs using both quantitative and qualitative tactics. Partner with go-to-market teams to design and prioritize solutions that simultaneously address member problems, increase healthcare access, and reduce costs for members and clients.
